Janus and I went for a drive in the outskirts of Aarhus three weeks ago. The point was to take pictures of "Urban Nature" - a phrase that Janus coined last year, when he and I took some shots of areas in Aarhus that seem to be a hybrid between city and nature. This time we ended up in some light industry zones in the suburb of Brabrand, among other places.

A long night exposure on slide film from July 2003 - scanned for the first time yesterday. Almost full moon over the North Sea, and that might be Venus to the left. It's not water - but fog - that is covering the ground.

And - the old layout is back - a combination of me being unable to make a decision, and not wanting to launch a layout that's not really finished - especially the archive was missing (thanks Mads for pointing out that you actually use that function :-) So bring on the comments again :-) (does not apply to spambots).

As my readers slash viewers (if there's anyone around these days) may have noticed, the blog has changed a bit, and the comments are off. I got so much spam that I have disabled them right now, they may return at a later date. Regarding the layout, I fell in love with the monospace fonts (Courier or whatever) and the sort of old-school command-prompt/terminal look that they give. And also, I'm working my way towards a more minimal layout all in all. To emphasize the photos themselves more, I guess.

By the way, check out Mads' shots from the northeastern US states. Great stuff.
